American printmaking from the 60s.




The American Dream exhibition presents works from artists such as Robert Rauschenberg, Andy Warhol, Jasper Johns, Robert Rauschenberg, Ed Ruscha, Kara Walker and more. The experimentation with printmaking is the central concept of this show.

The exhibition focuses on different techniques in printmaking that appeared in the 60's and 70's and how they reached to a bigger audiende than painting. Also concentrates on contemporary social issues, important historic acts and the distinctive artistic movements of American art in the XX century: pop, minimalism, conceptual art, photorealism...
